1.We provide qualified products according to the requests of customer or contract. We promise that the machining technique and test are perfect.

2.We will provide correlative standard and drawings to surveillance unit.
If we find the product quality problem during manufacture process, we will notify the customer and surveillance unit. If the products aren’t up to the requests of standard and contract, we will exchange the problem products unconditional.

3.We will provide technical service at field according to the requests of customer. We can provide installing and using training.

4.If the products are installed correctly, used and maintained normally, we promise that the guarantee term of product is 12 months after the products are finally checked and accepted.

5.We will send technical person to field within 24 hours after receiving customer’s problem notice. We will repair or exchange the problem products at free.
